Description:
DXPZ-300W automatic flake packaging machine is excellent equipment to pack flake or slice shape materials. It is suitable for various packaging materials such as plastic film, plastic and paper compound film, plastic and aluminum compound film etc. There are 5 sets of driving motor namely: servo motor driving to-and-fro moving of heat sealing table, 3 sets of stepping motors driving the work of flake-feeding, drawing and cross cutting mechanism respectively. For output mechanism, there is one three phase asynchronous motor, which drives the running of the conveying belt after frequency conversion speed adjusting. The conveying belt can discharge 5 or 10 packages overlapped each time intermittently, which make it more convenient for encasing and counting.

2. The heating temperature for sealing is tested by temperature sensor module, which is sent to PLC to be deal with after being transformed by modulus, so as to ensure high precision of temperature control.
