Standard single heating, and double heating can also be customized.
Patterns, plain weaves, and stripes are all OK.
The vacuum effect is not as good as that of the traditional vacuum machine. There is no air nozzle and it can only be slightly vacuumed.
The coding vacuum sealer combines the functions of coding (printing information) and vacuum sealing (sealing packaging). It is usually used to code the product during the packaging process and simultaneously achieve vacuum sealing when sealing to extend the shelf life of the product and maintain the freshness of the product. For products with low vacuum requirements, it is equivalent to combining the functions of vacuum machine, sealing machine and inkjet printer.
If the machine is used frequently, more than 4 hours a day, it is recommended to perform professional maintenance every three months; if it does not exceed 4 hours a day, it is recommended to perform maintenance every six months, mainly depending on the use environment and product.
Suitable for thicker bags, 0.18~0.5mm PE PP thicker product bags can be heat sealed
