If you are a retailer and need to enhance the aesthetics of your packaging, you might choose colored plastic bags, which can be heat-sealed. If your country has environmental protection requirements for packaging, we recommend using kraft paper bags, which can be heat-sealed and sewn inside, with additional hot-melt adhesive paper for added strength. FixedOnce the Bag Closing System reaches operational status, the bag is fed into the machine, where a gripping chain secures the bag mouth and conveys it continuously. When the dust removal mechanism detects the bag at the designated position, it activates to remove dust from the bag mouth, deactivating promptly as the bag moves past. Upon detection by the stitching mechanism, the sewing machine engages to stitch the bag mouth; after the bag exits the sewing unit, the thread tail is cut and the bag mouth is trimmed.
When the paper tape feed mechanism detects the bag at the designated position, it feeds the tape to wrap the bag mouth before cutting the tape. Finally, the heat-sealing mechanism seals the tape, followed by pressing and counting to complete the sealing process.
