The lower film is made of PA/PP, and the upper film is PA/CPP.
Preheat first and then vacuum forming.
In order to better protect the life of the machine, it is recommended not to work continuously for more than 8 hours. If it exceeds 8 hours, it needs to be shut down and cooled for about half an hour before it can continue to work, otherwise it will shorten the service life of the vacuum pump and airbag.
It takes two people to replace it together1). Take out the lower mold of the molding chamber, be careful not to damage the tooth knife, and be careful not to bring out the O-type silicone strip2). Take out the lower mold of the vacuum chamber and replace it. The molds are all used as a set3). One disc cutter needs to be removed, and the upper seat of the disc cutter also needs to be removed, and then adjust the position of the disc cutter.
